Shelly’s Own Theraputic & Life Coaching Model

“When we deny our stories, they define us.  When we own our stories, we get to write a brave new ending.”  Brene Brown
This statement resinates in how I work with clients.  Owning our stories allows us to stand in our own truth; owning our truths provides us power over them rather than allowing our pain, struggles and misconceptions power over us.
Working together in a safe, therapeutic environment we identify and hone your strengths, as you shape your life into the story you envision and deserve.  Meaningful therapy allows one to find peace in the midst of chaos, whether you come in as an individual or as a couple.
